The current dues are $173.64 per quarter and the quarterly due dates are January 31st, April 30th, July 31st, and October 31st. HOA bills will go out on the 1st of the quarterly months (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st) and are due within 30 days.
Any late payments will be charged a flat $50 late fee per quarter PLUS the original 18% late fee per quarter.
The majority of the assessments are used to pay for street lights and front entrance electricity, trash pickup, common area landscaping and general improvements.
The board would like to encourage you to pay the entire year up front to avoid any late fees for the coming year. The total amount for the entire year is $694.56, or pay $173.64 quarterly.

Trash is collected every Tuesday. Recyclables are collected curbside every other Tuesday. To order a trash can, contact HOA President.
