Ø The grounds around the community are in desperate need of some spring cleaning. The boat lot needs to be cleared out and cleaned up. If anyone has items in the boat lot without stickers, please contact Dan Burnside for a sticker before May 12th to avoid the possibility of your items being removed.
Ø A motion was made by Dan Burnside to remove the soccer goal that’s missing a net, removal of the volleyball poles and to add a new lacrosse goal and a new soccer net for the far soccer goal, Lindsay O’Connor seconded it. This will be addressed during the May 12th spring clean-up.
Ø A special thank you goes to the couple who many of us see cleaning up the front of the community and the surrounding woods, you service does not go unnoticed! Thank you!

d. Sink Holes throughout the community
Ø Multiple sink holes have been located around the park sidewalks, Paul Eckhardt has already contacted the County once to fill the holes, but they have yet to be fixed. Paul will call again this week. If any neighbor finds additional holes around the community, please contact Queen Anne’s County Dept of Roads at 410-758-0920.
e. EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
Ø Anthony Stampone looked into having the option of EFT for paying the dues through the HOA website. The cost of adding this option was very expensive and the board was not in favor.
